Precision slant CNC lathe, that is, slant bed CNC lathe, is a high-precision and high-efficiency automated machine tool, which is widely used in the manufacturing industry, especially in aerospace, automobile manufacturing, mold manufacturing and other fields.

1. Guide rail system: The linear rolling guide rail of the precision slant CNC lathe meets the high-speed requirements, reduces friction resistance and temperature rise deformation, improves processing accuracy, and can ensure the long-term stability of cutting processing accuracy.
2. Tool holder system: The precision slant CNC lathe adopts a high-rigidity horizontal turret tool holder with high positioning accuracy and small re-cutting deformation. Standard configurations may include stepless spindle speed regulation, hydraulic chuck, hydraulic tailstock, horizontal eight-station tool holder, etc.
3. Servo system: The X and Z axis servo motors of the precision slant CNC lathe are directly connected to the precision ball screw through an elastic coupling, with high precision, and the two ends of the screw are fixed, which improves the support stiffness of the support seat and reduces the distortion of the screw caused by frequent high-speed positioning.
4. Tailstock design: The precision slant CNC lathe has a high-precision, high-rigidity programmable tailstock to meet the processing requirements of complex parts.
5. Thermal deformation control: When designing the precision slant CNC lathe, the spindle box takes corresponding measures to reduce the thermal deformation of the spindle, so that the spindle can maintain the relative stability of the spindle axis when working for a long time.

The working principle of the slant bed CNC lathe is based on computer numerical control technology.
